K-12 schools and non-profit organizations operating in North Carolina can request to be added to both CFNC.org and the reporting platform for professionals called CFNC ProTools. The table below highlights features available for both users and professionals.

All public and private K-12 schools are eligible, as well as non-profit organizations that meet the following criteria:
- Non-Profit Organization in good standing.
- Serve a minimum of 50 students.
- Established office space in North Carolina.
