Work Values Sorter on NCcareers.org gives users the opportunity to think about and prioritize the work values that are most important to them. Once the assessment is complete, users will identify the occupations that match best with the values they view as most important along with a summary of how they prioritized all six work values. Users can sign in to NCcareers.org with their CFNC.org credentials which allows them to save their Work Values Sorter results and allows professionals at connected schools and organizations to view them. Highlighted Features in Work Values Report:
- Search - Search based on First Name, Last Name, or Date Completed.
- Export - Use the export feature to create a spreadsheet of users and their results for your school or organization.
- Links - Click on the number next to the work value to view related careers on NCcareers.org.
