The Application Progress report allows you to see which applications for admission your students have started and if they have submitted them. Please note that application data can be reported only for campuses with a CFNC application. Common Application and other third-party application statuses cannot be reported here.
Highlighted Features of Application Progress Report
- View applications - Beside each student's name is the number of applications they have started or submitted, and names of the colleges/universities. The Student ID shows only if the student has entered this in their CFNC.org account.
- Export - Export your list to an Excel spreadsheet.
- Search - Use the search box to search by a student's first or last name.
- Submitted - The Submitted column allows you to see if each application has been submitted. Please note that sorting by columns in Application Progress does not change the grouped item order, in this case students, but it will sort the information inside each student grouping.

Please note that not all ProTools users have this feature since access is controlled at the Administration level for each school or organization.
