Your ProTools Access

There are two main steps in the process for gaining ProTools access:

Step 1: Ensure that you have a CFNC.org account tied to your official school/organization email address.

You can either create a new CFNC.org account or edit your email in an existing account (see image below showing My Dashboard > My Profile).  Yahoo, Gmail, or similar email addresses are not permitted.

If you had a previous Professional Center account, your username and password are no longer needed since Professional Center was retired on June 30, 2022.  ProTools is a permission that, after verification of your school/organization affiliation, we’ll add to your CFNC.org account.  You should handle your credentials to this CFNC.org account carefully since ProTools permissions provides access to sensitive student data.

 

If you are having trouble accessing your CFNC.org account (forgot username or password) or you are having issues creating a new account, please call 866.866.CFNC (2362) and select option #5 or email program.information@cfi.org.

 

Step 2: Complete the online request form.

Once your CFNC.org account is created/edited to have your official email address, use the submit a request form for the addition of ProTools permissions to your account.  Please allow 2 weeks for our team to confirm your school/organization affiliation and process.

 

Need to create a new CFNC.org account?

1. Go to CFNC.org and click Log In in the top right.

2. Select Don't have an account? Create one today!

3. Complete the account creation process.

4. Request access to ProTools through your school or district's ProTools Administrator. If you do not know your ProTools Administrator, please submit a request for access using ProTools Help.
