CFNC Professional Tools serves the needs of professional users at schools, colleges, workforce centers, student programs, and other verified sites. Its college and career planning tools allow professional users to review the work of their students or clients, generate usage and accountability reports, view application and transcript activity, and configure CFNC.org for use at their school or site. The purpose of this Help Center is to provide an overview of system features, answer frequently asked questions, and solicit your feedback on future system improvements.
Phase 1 of Professional Tools (launched DATE) provides much of the same functionality of the previous Professional Center and is delivered through a completely new, modernized interface. This new interface will allow for system modifications and enhancements in future phases.
